Its location was perfect for visiting most of the historical places in town, most within a short few minutes' walk. I had never stayed in Old Havana before, let alone at this hotel, but since the program looked very appealing and promised to be quite interesting, I gladly stayed in this quaint boutique hotel, especially for its proximity to most of the sites to visit during the tour. Some of the places I visited during my cultural Cuba tour in Havana included the Museum of the Dance, the Fine Arts Museum (amazing building) and the Decorative Arts Museum. I had passed by some of them in my previous stays in Cuba, but I didn't really know what these buildings were and never had the chance to visit them properly nor with a professional guide either, who by the way, knew a great deal about the history of these buildings and gave us a very thorough background on Cuban culture.
