We are giving celebrities with love woes some sage advice on getting away from it all and letting their hair down, Las Vegas style. for more info! Of the high profile relationships hitting the rocks this year, none was more of a shock than Katie Holmes' surreptitious exit from her marriage to Tom Cruise. Reports of Tom's controlling and frankly barmy behaviour linked to his obsession with Scientology means Katie's much in need of a night on the town and Las Vegas is certainly the place to get herself back out there and enjoy a night of well-deserved hedonism. for more info!
For a celebrity on the town, Aurora, in the Luxor Hotel, with its dim lighting and dark corners mean there's the possibility of an incognito encounter, and billed as the place to drink play and discover, it's the perfect starting point for Katie's journey of self-rediscovery. With cocktails on tap, and a mixture of people from all walks of life, it's known as the place to meet someone way out of your league. As Katie knows only too well, this never ends well. But for one night only, perhaps it would do her good to be the biggest star in the room, and at Aurora, the only thing outshining her will be the fabulous lit-up ceiling. for more info!

Shame on her! for more info!
Now our Rob doesn't seem the type to drown his sorrows in the myriad temptations Las Vegas has to offer (at least that's how we like to think of him), but for the brooding sort, Red Rock Canyon, just an hour's drive from Las Vegas is the perfect getaway. With a one-way 13-mile scenic drive, where you can take in the stars and breathe fresh desert air, Robert can forget about his troubles as he sees the bigger picture: the mountains and the open expanse of sky will put everything into perspective. The Red Rock loop, 35 minutes from Sunset Strip provides a great opportunity for him to work up a sweat on a bike in the cooler months. Burn off that anger, Rob!
